An expansion of a 3 bedroom house for more accessible facilities
In addition to providing a second bathroom for the house, the expansion of the first floor of the building includes an improved entryway from the parking area, a sitting room for breakfasts and reading, and an improved outdoor deck with better access to the yard and garden space.
The layout of the project was influenced by the idea of preserving the 28 inch Norway Maple that provides to the property a valuable canopy. This results in a set of defined spaces that yields an unobstructed passageway from the parking area and an uninterrupted deck space outdoors.
